We Moved!!!

We bought a short sale house in the beautiful community of Catta Verdera in Lincoln, CA.  We’ve been wanting a one story in a quiet area.  We are up the hill and we love it.  Although the house is much larger than we wanted, the layout is almost perfect and it’s great for entertaining.
We closed escrow in mid April, but didn’t move in until early June.  We have done a lot of work to the house since April and the “to do” list continues.  The major things we had done:  ripped out a lot of carpet and replaced it with tile, painted the inside, new window coverings, and had a patio overhang built.  There are a ton of other things that we’re doing ourselves, but it takes so much time.  As we get things done, I’ll post those pictures for you.
It was hard to select just a few photos from the hundreds that I’ve taken, but here are some pictures of the improvements.
