Parker Visits the Almeida B&B

Sheila & Denise were taking a 3-week trip to Europe to celebrate their 60th & 65th birthdays.  They asked us if we would be willing to take care of Parker during that time.  Of course we said yes because we love those girls and Parker too, he’s a good boy.

First Parker had a sleep over a month prior to make sure he would be okay in a different environment.  He did just fine, don’t worry Mommy! LOL

It happened to be the weekend of the eclipse.
So there we were trying to see it through a tiny hole, just like millions of other people.  Disappointment for sure… it was better just to watch it on TV.

We got Parker on September 21st and he enjoyed the ride home as he awaited his new temporary B&B and Spa.

He seemed to like our den, so we put a blanket under our desk so he could be comfortable and near us (although he’s not using it in this photo, he did crash on it often).

He LOVED his daily multiple walks and outings.

He wasn’t thrilled about the bath, but he survived.  He loved it after he was done and ran around the house like a little puppy dog… oh, he is a puppy dog, just an old one!
