Christmas & Birthday Celebrations

On the weekend of January 16th we finally were able to get together to celebrate a late Christmas with the kids and grandkids. We also had 3 birthdays to celebrate. It was a whirlwind weekend at our house and it was crazy with 3 little kids running around, but we had so much fun. We had presents and toys all over the house and constantly stepping over everything... LOL!!!!

Jimmy is Mr. Photoshop and we all had a great big laugh with this one. Yes, it's us... Kathy, Pami, Hank & Mike... too funny!! This picture is now a conversation piece on our refrigerator.

Cute little LizzyB

The kids had a really fun time crawling through the tunnels.

Here are the girls hanging out.

Opening presents

The children loved trying on our shoes... they were so cute!

We gave Joey a wagon for Christmas and he was very excited to ride in it with his cousin Lizzy. We all took a walk to the park and played around for a while.

The girls acting crazy... as usual

Here's our little "boozer". He tried more than once to steal our cocktails, so we had to keep a close eye on him and remove them from his reach.

Joey loves Codi

Peter and Kaija came over to meet our family

Charlie got a special ice cream surprise for dessert
Here's Joey trying to catch bubbles

The weekend was so busy that this is the only group picture that we got but I'm not in it. We enjoyed a great breakfast together as we lounged around in our PJ's.

Bath time fun for the kids

This is Charlie's favorite thing at the park... "the digger"

Spending the Holidays with Family & Friends

Christmas Eve

Tony & Philippa invited us over to spend Christmas Eve with their family & friends. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time visiting along with a wonderful dinner. This was Logan's first Christmas and he didn't even cry when Santa arrived.

Tony is a race car driver and of course Logan will follow in his father's footsteps. Logan has already been to a few races and here he is showing off his first "race car" and hand made racing suit that Philippa made for him. His suit and car are personalized... check out his name on his belt and if you look closely you can see "Logan" and "Hunt" (their last name) on the car... too cute.

Kaija, Hank, Kathy & Peter with Santa

Kaija & I didn't want to share Logan with anyone else, he was just so cute.

Christmas Evening

We started off the evening with card tricks by Hank. He has so many good ones! It's fun trying to figure out how the trick is done.

We had a very nice, quite dinner together.

Christmas Lunch
We met Hank's Dad, Ida, and his sister Jan on December 29th for a Christmas and New Year's Lunch. We ate at Tahoe Joe's and enjoyed some great food and good company.

Here is what Hank ordered... a western bacon cheeseburger. The most shocking thing was that HE ATE IT ALL!!!!!

Here's the "Hankster Burger" he made at home a few months ago. Next time he needs to add some side fries and a few onion rings and Tahoe Joe's will have some real competition!!!

New Year's Eve with Larry & Susan
We had a great time with the Bishops... not a surprise, we always have a good time with them. They prepared a great dinner with BBQ ribs and all the fixing's.

We knew we had to do something to stay away long enough to ring in the new year, so we played games. We started off with a stupid trivia game from the dinosaur ages which we canned real quick. Then we played Chicken Foot Domino's and Play Nine and had fun with those. Of course I was the big looser with a capital L!!!!
Check this out. Larry can't even put down the fricken remote while dancing with me... he's such a "guy"!!!

You know me, the animal LOVER. I made fast friends with their cats Monte and Sylvester.
